We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contractor work, including carpentry, painting, caulking, and other essential home repair skills. The role involves providing high-quality repair and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring their homes are safe and well-maintained.
Compensation:
$35/hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform general home repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, painting, caulking, and other related tasks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and within the agreed timeframe.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a trade (carpentry, painting, etc.).
- trong general contractor skills, with a broad understanding of home repair and maintenance.
- Certifications and licensing are preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
